Therapists go above and beyond notifying parents of sudden schedule changes (even on weekends). This way parents will be aware of what to expect the forthcoming week. Our favorite therapist is Kelli. She makes sure parents are aware of patient's progress towards goals quite frequently. I appreciate her patience and expertise this school year with my child! Cynergy Rehab is awesome!
